Air Duct & Dryer Vent Technician (Will Train the Right Person)

Job Title: Air Duct & Dryer Vent Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience. Training provided for the right candidate.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Air Duct & Dryer Vent Technician to join our team. No experience is necessary—we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. This position involves cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining residential and commercial air duct and dryer vent systems to improve air quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service residential and commercial air duct systems
• Inspect and clean dryer vent systems
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment and tools
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Complete service reports and documentation
• Assist team members with related HVAC maintenance services as needed
• Some sales and/or mechanical aptitude is a plus, but will train the right candidates.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working on ladders and in tight spaces
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record;
• Capability to perform physical demands such as lifting, balancing, and crawling;
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
